Two new surf forecast features have been added to Surf Captain. 

History Mode. 

In the Forecast Detail section, you can now switch to history mode. This allows you to see forecast surf, swell, and weather data from the past. This is a great feature for when you want to look back at a past surf day and recall the forecast details. This is particularly helpful when comparing an upcoming forecast to see how it will compare to a past day.

By default when switching to history mode, Pro users will see 8 forecast days starting from yesterday, while non-pro users will only see 3 days. Pro users are able to move the starting day to any date back to January 1, 2025 which is when we started to save our forecast data. 

Forecast Details next/previous buttons. 

When opening a forecast day to view the details, you can now click/tap the next/previous buttons to view the next/previous day forecast details. Previously, you had to close the modal and select another day. This new feature simplifies the process of toggling between days.
